What You'll Do:
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections for large accounts.
- Provide superior customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on accounts receivable status.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What We Need:
- 2 years of experience in collections and A/R.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite is a !
